Hi everyone,
Well the summer league is underway and there is already some interest in maybe a Tuesday league. We have to get people signed up now so we don't go too far into the month of September when the fall leagues for both Medalist and NDA are scheduled to begin for those who want to go to Nationals next year.
Good job to everyone for picking up on the new games. Remember that this is a league to get aquainted with these games and to keep it fun for all, always! Good sportmanship is the key to a great time.
Those of you that need to preplay a match or reschedule should contact me prior to play and ensure that the match is played before the next week's matches are played.
Email or call if you would like a spot in Tuesday's "quickie" league. We can only take eight teams right now so don't wait too long.
We also finished up the InHouse league at Davis Lanes Lounge. They had two leagues, a women doubles league on Monday's and an open doubles league on Wednesday's. Congratulations to the players and the winners of both leagues. Let them know if you want to play in the next league coming up soon.
The Friday Night Dart tournament will be at Stockman's Bar tomorrow. Sign up before 7:30pm to get you a spot. I hope to see you all there tomorrow and if you mention that you read this news on my blog when you get to Stockman's tomorrow and I will give you a free set of flights. (offer ends tomorrow at the tournament for those of you that always think it is a running offer....lol)
